OssifiDE ("we", "us") operates ossifide.com — an orthopaedic education, research support and consultation platform founded by Dr. Niranjan Ghag, Dr. Roohi Reddy and Dr. Deepank Choudhry.
When you submit a form (consultation request, contact, enquiry, newsletter signup) we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any description or files you choose to share. Form submissions are delivered to us by email via our form-processing provider (FormSubmit). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Details you share about your health (symptoms, reports, images) are used solely to respond to your consultation request and provide care. They are treated as confidential, accessed only by our clinical team, and never sold or shared for marketing.
To respond to your enquiries and consultation requests; to send you the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime by replying or emailing us); and to improve our services. We do not sell personal data.
We retain correspondence as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and applicable legal requirements. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data; email transmission, however, can never be guaranteed 100% secure.
This site uses Google Fonts (font delivery), FormSubmit (form processing) and standard web hosting infrastructure. Links to external sites (e.g., reporting-guideline websites, Instagram, WhatsApp) are governed by those sites' own policies.
